It was never the marketing.

I've been building marketing systems for businesses since I was eleven. Consultancy, then operations at a lender, then co-founding an agency that runs content and compliance for creators across three continents.

The same thing kept showing up underneath. Someone chasing paperwork for the fourth week running. Someone rebuilding the same spreadsheet before every Monday meeting. Good people, in well run businesses, losing most of their week to it.

Software won't fix it. Nobody builds something as specific as how your practice onboards a client. A retainer is worse, because it pays the agency to stay necessary.

So we do the opposite. Six months inside the business, building with your team, then you run it without us. If your people can't change what we built, we haven't finished.

Tom MorleyFounder, Craton

Why the name.

A craton is the ancient core of a continent. The part that stopped moving.

Tools, trends, software. Always moving. The craton. Onboarding, delivery, getting paid.

How we work.

  • With your team

    Not for them.

  • Handed over

If you leave, nothing switches off.

  • Back office first

    Growth second.

  • One firm per sector per city

    Never two competitors at once.

Three places a month.

One firm per sector per city.
